  • Version 1.4 (2025.10.15)

    • Added antibiotic resistance gene (ARG) annotations for all viral genomes using AMRFinderPlus.
    • Applied a more stringent filtering criterion (80% coverage cutoff) for virulence gene identification to improve annotation accuracy.
    • Fixed technical issues and improved website stability.
  • Version 1.3 (2025.9.20)

    Quality Enhancements and Expanded Features. This update focuses on improving data reliability and user accessibility. Key highlights include:
    • Integration of GTDB taxonomy for bacterial and archaeal genomes, enhancing phylogenetic resolution.
    • Introduced a flexible Download API for customized data retrieval, including Metadata, FASTA, and more.
    • Performed dataset update with newly released genomes and refined QC filters.
